Choose Firmware & Heater

Firmware Select what your printer runs. Heater Hotend PID is most common; bed PID helps stability. Target Temp (°C) Use your typical print temp (PLA 200–220, PETG 230–245, ABS 240–260). Cycles More cycles = better result but takes longer (8–15 is typical). Klipper Heater Name Klipper default: extruder (hotend) or heater_bed (bed). Marlin Hotend Index Usually 0. Only for hotend PID.

Safety tips

Make sure the heater is properly wired and your thermistor reads correctly.
Run PID tuning with the printer attended. Stop if temps overshoot dangerously.
For ABS/ASA in an enclosure, tune at your real chamber conditions if possible.
